St. Peter's Hospital in the Capital Region of New York is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for the Evening Shift (3pm - 11pm) on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include supplying, processing, and distributing sterile items to OR, Cath Lab, OB, X-ray and other units, with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and proper sterilization procedures. This role supports patient care by ensuring instruments are ready and compliant with hospital standards.

The sterile processing technician will deliver support for the hospital is all in a day's work.
Responsible for supplying, processing, and distribution (SPD)of materials and equipment to assist a diverse range of services for St. Peter's Hospital Nursing, clinical, surgical and specialty units such as Operating Room, Cardiac Cath Lab, Obstetrics, X-ray and many more, that rely on SPD support for their daily equipment and instrument needs.
Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
