A $3,000 sign-on incentive is available with a 2-year commitment. Tech I/Tech II roles require CRCST certification within 2 years (Tech I) or CRCST/CBSPD (Tech II).

Responsibilities

• Reprocess reusable surgical instruments and patient care equipment for surgery and nursing units.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness and damage with meticulous attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adapt to changing protocols as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to shift rotations.
