Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging and sterilization of instruments.
• Wrap and sterilize trays; maintain stock and inventory of supplies.
• Monitor wash solutions for quality and consistency.
• Sort mismatched instrument sets and prepare for use.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety policies.
• Report and address equipment maintenance needs and deficiencies.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, safety and infection control standards.
