Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician in Augusta, GA for an 8‑week assignment. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing and proficiency in assembling, decontaminating, and sterilizing instruments for 25–40 cases per day.

CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certifications are preferred. Must be able to serve as a preceptor for new employees, maintain a bioburden error rate of 0.1% or less, and collaborate with perioperative staff in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sterile processing.
• CBSPD and IAHCSMM/HSPA preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize, assemble, and store medical supplies and equipment.
• Provide accurate instrument sets and case carts for perioperative staff.
• Maintain standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, and sterilization.
