Job Description

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of certified sterile processing technician training program. SPD EXEMPTION – Requirement shall not apply to an individual working within PA facilities who has been employed as a central services technician on or before the effective date of PA Act 80 effective 12/29/2020.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months experience preferred.

Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:

Sterile processing technician must maintain their required certification.
