Qualifications

• Clean and prepare sterilization packs and trays.
• Inspect packages for proper sterilization and packaging.
• Follow SOPs and maintain quality records.

Responsibilities

• Remove soil, blood, tissue fragments, and contaminants from items.
• Assemble basic sets, trays and peel packs used throughout the medical center.
• Operate sterilizers (steam, hydrogen peroxide, ETO) and perform high-level disinfection.
• Document testing procedures and maintain data logs.
• Assist with case cart preparation based on daily surgery schedule.
