Mass General Brigham is seeking a seasoned Sterile Processing Lead Technician for the Sterile Processing Department at The General Hospital. You will serve as the technical and operational resource, coordinate workflow, and provide guidance to staff to ensure efficient processing and instrument readiness.
This role supports operating rooms, quality assurance initiatives, and ongoing training. A CRCST/CIS/CER certification and 3–5 years of central sterile experience are required.

Schedule: 11:00am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday
Summary: Responsible for serving as the lead technical and operational resource within the Sterile Processing Department. Performs advanced sterile processing functions while providing day-to-day coordination, technical guidance, and operational support to staff. Collaborates with procedural areas to support service needs, assists with departmental initiatives, and may support leadership with designated operational and personnel-related activities.

Certified Registered Central Service Technician [CRCST] - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or C.S.P.D.T - Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. required; Certified Instrument Specialist [CIS] - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Endoscope Reprocessor [CER] - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required.
