Qualifications

• Knowledge of case cart preparation system and sterilization methods (Steam, HLD, hydrogen).
• Able to operate cleaning agents safely and handle instruments with care.
• Maintain infection control standards for patient and staff safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate required equipment to prepare, assemble, and sterilize instruments and supplies.
• Peel-pack and wrap instruments for sterilization and inspect for cleanliness.
• Ensure safe care to patients and staff by adhering to hospital policies and standards.
• Clean, set up, sterilize, and distribute instruments as scheduled.
• Handle and dispose of infectious waste appropriately.
• Follow Standard Precautions and use protective gear as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
