You will ensure instruments and supplies are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for upcoming procedures, contributing to patient safety and efficient OR operations. Your role involves assembling surgical sets, managing sterilization equipment and records, and collaborating with the surgical team to meet daily procedure needs.

Qualifications

• Certified Sterile Processing Technician required (CSPDT OR CRCST).
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments and trays.
• Manage sterilization equipment and records for infection prevention.
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts.
• Manage inventory in OR storage and respond to instrument requests during surgeries.
