Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• New Grad or up to one year in sterile processing or surgical technologist experience - preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid CRCST - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs sterile processing and related duties in decontamination and assembly areas.
• Assembles instrument trays using IFU guides and content lists.
• Sterilizes instruments using approved methods and manages sterile supplies.
• Disassembles, cleans, and tests instrumentation for proper function.
• Delivers or replaces malfunctioning instruments and communicates issues.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and ensures safety.
