Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to follow directions and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sterilize medical instruments to ensure they are ready for use.
• Assemble, process, and distribute instruments with precision.
• Collaborate with OR staff and other departments to keep equipment ready.
• Maintain inventory of instruments and adapt to changing workflow.
• Support infection prevention by upholding sterilization standards.
