Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support St. Mary's Hospital in Detroit Lakes, MN. The role is a flex, part-time position ~24 hours weekly on day shift with multiple 7:00–5:00 shift options; no weekends or on-call duties.

Tech I/II wage ranges and a $3,000 sign-on incentive are offered. Responsibilities include reprocessing reusable surgical instruments and care equipment for use across surgery and nursing units.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; candidates must obtain CRCST or CBSPD certifications as noted.
• Tech I CRCST within 2 years of hire; Tech II CRCST or CBSPD certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure instruments and equipment are clean, sterile, and available for patient care.
