Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Prior CSR experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Quality control checks on instrumentation for function, defects, breakage and general condition.
• Assembles kits, sets, and packages per content/count sheet; assembles General Surgery and Back Up instrumentation.
• Communicates instrumentation concerns with Team Leaders.
• Reports content/count sheet and discrepancies to CSR Leaders.
• Learns specialty instrumentation including General Surgery and one additional service.
• Rotates stock; restocks supplies; folds towels, distributes supplies, wraps basins.
• Unloads/operates cart washers; reports malfunctions; maintains washer operations.
• Restocks supplies and breaks down cases carts; clears Decontam window/elevator.
• Replenishes trash carts to the OR.
• Cleans and disinfects all equipment, endoscopes, and surgical instruments.
• Performs other duties as required.
