Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Roswell, NM is seeking a Day-shift, full-time Sterile Supply Processing Tech to join the operating room support team. You will be responsible for decontamination, correct assembly and sterile processing of all instruments used in the OR and ambulatory clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma and knowledge of universal precautions and sterilization standards; prior Sterile Processing experience and national certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring.

Responsibilities

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One (1) year of previous job-related experience in Central Supply and/or Sterile Processing experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent.
