  • Operate sterilization equipment and validate cycle parameters regularly.
  • Follow infection control policies and PPE protocols at all times.
  • Meet daily throughput targets and adhere to turnaround times.
  • Maintain instrument traceability and sterilization logs precisely.
  • Identify discrepancies or malfunctions and report promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to assemble correct instrument sets.
  • Document non-conformances and participate in corrective actions.
  • Participate in ongoing training for compliance and best practices.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment planning.
  • Demonstrate reliability—meet contract terms and on-site attendance.
  • Keep organized workspace to enable high-visibility workflows.
  • Demonstrate growth mindset; pursue professional development and advancement.
  • Adhere to contract-based employment terms and on-site working location.
