Responsibilities

• Under general direction of the Sterile Processing Manager, oversee and assume responsibility for the daily activities of the department as directed.
• Supervise all processing activities, including decontamination, high level disinfection, packaging sterilization and storage.
• Supervise staff to ensure policies are followed and all work assignments are completed in a timely manner.
• Review accuracy of sterilization logs, equipment logs, and procedure tray inventory.

Additional Information

Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.
