Baptist Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join the Surgical Services Main OR Team at Baptist Downtown in Jacksonville. This full-time evenings position oversees decontamination, cleaning and packaging of surgical linens and instruments, with strong emphasis on leadership and adherence to sterilization standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in central processing, 1-3 years of leadership experience, and a High School Diploma, with CRCST preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Central Processing or sterile processing.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• CRCST certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and participating in decontamination, inspection, cleaning and packaging of surgical linens and instruments.
• Overseeing sterilization processes and ensuring compliance with standards.

Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join the Surgical Services Main OR Team at Baptist Downtown. This is a Full-time Evenings position.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and participating in the decontamination, inspection, cleaning and assembling and packaging of surgical linens, surgical instrumentation, medical/surgical supplies material and equipment
• Having knowledge of all types of sterilization processes
• Making work assignments for staff

Experience Requirements

• Over 5 years of Experience in Central Processing
• 1-3 years of Leadership Experience (Preferred)

Education & Credential Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - HSPA Preferred

• Downtown - Main Building
