Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to perform decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments in accordance with infection control policies. Responsibilities include inspecting instruments, assembling sets, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Inspects instruments for integrity, functionality, and cleanliness before assembly in containers, wraps, or peel pouches.
Maintains accurate instrument sterilization documentation.
Handles instruments, equipment, and supplies to maintain their sterility and integrity.
Technical skills are performed to optimize processes, materials, and time management.
Estimates supply usage for the upcoming week and requests supplies to be ordered as needed in the sterile processing area.
Maintains the decontamination and instrument assembly area in an orderly and organized manner.
Demonstrates skill and proficiency with the use of all equipment and instrumentation.
Adapts to new learning requirements for the use of all new technology.
Follows all established policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
