Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for a 13-week assignment in Bozeman, MT. Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a valid license and required certifications. Remote work is not offered for this role.

Responsibilities include decontaminating, disinfecting and sterilizing instruments, organizing sterilized tools, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sterile processing and experience in an acute hospital OR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Sterile Processing specialty.
• License required.
• Certifications: BLS, CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA.
• Previous charge experience (2.5 years preferred).
• Experience in acute hospital OR.
• Knowledge of chemical agents for decontamination.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps).
• Experience in scope/probe reprocessing, including bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, and EGD scopes.
