Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• NICHSPD, IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification required.
• Experience with surgical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and use of the Tray Tracking computer system.
• Decontaminate, disinfect and/or sterilize surgical instruments.
• Inspects, sorts, and processes surgical instrumentation.
• Prepares instrument trays for sterilization.
• Maintains logs and tests results.
