The Sterile Processing Operations Manager will oversee daily operations within the Supply Processing Department, ensuring regulatory compliance, sterilization quality assurance, instrumentation management, and inventory control across procedural areas.

Reporting to perioperative leadership, the Sterile Processing Operations Manager will supervise certified technicians, coordinate staffing and productivity, oversee emergency cart readiness, manage instrumentation repairs and vendor trays, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Close collaboration with surgeons, nurses, infection prevention, and ancillary teams ensures seamless surgical support.
