UnityPoint Health seeks a Sterile Processing Nurse Manager to lead a high performing department critical to patient safety and surgical excellence. You will partner with OR teams, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure instrument readiness and regulatory compliance.

As department leader, you’ll have 24‑hour accountability, drive quality and safety initiatives, manage budgets, and foster staff development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Iowa.
• Two+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations including budget, staffing, HR, and quality initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance reviews.
• Drive patient safety, data analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across sterile processing.
