Qualifications

• B.S. or Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in leadership, timekeeping, payroll, or operational improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• History of forming positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Sterile Processing operations and collaborate with department leadership.
• Monitor productivity, budgets, and ensure timely processing of surgical instruments.
• Manage sterile supplies, including breast implants and tissue, and validate instrument sets.
• Round on supported departments; contribute to education and quality improvements.
• Handle staff scheduling and participate in space and implementation planning for SPS.
