Manatee Memorial Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced Sterile Processing supervisor to oversee department operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with AHCA, CMS and TJC standards. The role supports interdisciplinary improvement efforts and maintains high service excellence standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in a sterile processing supervisory role and hold a Sterile Processing Manager certification.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management System.
• 5 years Supervisory Position in Sterile Processing.
• Certification as Sterile Processing Manager.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Sterile Processing Department, personnel and processes and coordinate activities to meet the surgery schedule.
• Maintain compliance with AHCA, CMS and TJC regulatory standards and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence and support other duties as assigned.

Maintains compliance with all regulatory standards to include AHCA, CMS and the TJC. Participates in and contributes to interdisciplinary performance improvement activities. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
