Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Manage the daily operations of Sterile Processing workflows, staffing, scheduling, and staff performance to optimize productivity and eliminate defects.

Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Requirements:

• CRCST, CBSPD, or CST certification required; CIS, CER & CHL preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• An associate's degree is required (experience may be substituted); a bachelor's in business or a health-related field is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sterile Processing is required. Management or supervisory experience is preferred
• Salary plus bonus and robust benefits, including Health Insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401k employer match
