Billings Clinic is seeking a Sterile Processing Lead Tech to ensure surgical supplies and instruments are properly maintained, decontaminated, sterilized, and tracked across the hospital. This role supports Main Campus and regional needs in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 4 years of sterile processing experience, High School or GED, and CRCST or CBSPD certification at hire. Shift options include Day, Evening and Weekends, with full-time status and wage DOE.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination and PPE compliance to ensure safety and quality.
• Instrument assembly and preparation of surgery sets with attention to accuracy.
• Packaging and sterilization of instruments following policy and quality controls.
• Monitoring and recording sterilization parameters and inventory.
• Support main campus and regional sterilization needs as required.
