Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sterile processing or surgical services.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• CRCST, CSPDT, CER, or CIS certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile processing staff and oversee workflow.
• Monitor and manage supplies inventory across Sterile Processing.
• Oversee decontamination, processing, and sterilization of instruments.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure instrument assembly accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
• Coordinate case carts and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with sterilization standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvements.
