Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Sterile Processing Intern in Toledo, OH. The role supports the sterile processing department by preparing instruments and supplies for patients under the supervision of a sterile processing technician.

Interns will wrap supplies per specifications to maintain sterility and shelf life. Open to high school students aged 16+ and college students, with education and competency requirements outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing in their sterile processing program and meet GPA and attendance requirements.
• Ability to pass competencies of the position according to the job description and department policies.
• Certification required within 18 months of hire.
