Advocate Health is seeking a Full-Time Sterile Processing Technician in Winston-Salem, NC. The role ensures instruments and supplies are readily available, coordinates repairs, loans, and instrument transfers, and supports efficient department operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in Sterile Processing, CSPDT or equivalent certification, and Surgical Instrument Specialist certification within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Sterile Processing experience required.
• CSPDT certification required; Surgical Instrument Specialist certification within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate instrument repair with vendors and maintain off-site tracking logs.
• Coordinate maintenance of instrument sets based on surgical case schedules.
• Coordinate procurement and return of loaner, vendor, and trial instrument sets.
• Order new and replacement supplies and instruments per inventory and budget guidance.
