Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CRCST certification must be maintained or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and instrument sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Registered/Certified Sterile Processing Technician.
• Create and update instrument inventory lists and checklists; monitor inventory levels.
• Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and OR/SPD teams.
• Maintain instrument sets; manage repairs, replacements, and loaner sets.
• Keep accurate records of instrumentation and instrument checklists; follow missing instrument reports.
