Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and sterile processing training required.
• Certification CSPDT or CRCST is required.
• Must be a Certified Instrument Specialist and an approved IAHCSMM instructor.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning initiatives within the SPD environment.
• Assess learning needs and develop education programs.
