Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, seeks an experienced Sterile Processing education leader to develop and deliver training for healthcare professionals. You will lead in-service sessions, collaborate with SPD leaders, and ensure continuity of staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required.
• CER – HSPA preferred.
• 3 years SPD tech experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver professional development programs and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Identify training needs and develop comprehensive programs aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments and design learning objectives for training sessions.
