Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises or assists with staffing and shift assignment.
• Handles decontamination, instrument preparation, assembly, and sterilization.
• Monitors processing documentation and reprocessing schedules.
• Coordinates with operating room and other clients to ensure prompt service.
• Reports equipment issues and supports training of new staff.
• Assists with leadership duties in the manager’s absence.
