Rep-Lite seeks an experienced Sterile Processing Account Specialist to support one dedicated hospital account in Orlando, FL. This on-site role focuses on leadership, problem-solving, and optimizing workflows to keep the OR running smoothly.

You will partner with SPD and OR leadership, ensure tray readiness, audit instrumentation, and lead on-site training. No travel required; evening shifts and full hospital-based benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows.
• Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments.
• CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred.

Responsibilities

Orlando, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, evening hours (2 PM EST - 10:30 PM EST) | $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience) + Full Slate of Benefits

We’re hiring an experienced Sterile Processing professional to support one dedicated hospital account in Orlando, FL. This is a hands‑on, clinical role where you act as the on‑site expert improving workflows, supporting teams, and keeping the OR running smoothly.

No travel. No bouncing between facilities. Just one hospital where you can truly make an impact.

What You’ll Get

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday schedule (Evening shift: 2 PM EST - 10:30 PM EST)
