The Production Technician role focuses on high-quality cleaning and packaging of medical implants, adherence to GMP/ISO standards, and accurate documentation, while working with ERP systems and a team in a first-shift, Monday–Friday setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and follow English instructions.
• Must speak English fluently for production communication.
• Basic math and data-entry skills required.
• Experience with ERP and Excel helpful.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package components per work instructions.
• Maintain sterile/controlled environment per cleanroom protocols.
• Use ERP to update production orders and record data.
• Identify deviations or equipment issues and report to supervisor.
• Participate in cleanroom and safety training.
• Maintain records with good documentation practices.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and tools.
• Comply with GMP/ISO standards.
• Assist teammates to achieve goals safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
