Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Clean Room Operator in Austin, TX to join the manufacturing team. You will ensure cleanliness and sterility of the production environment and operate clean room equipment following strict quality standards.

You will maintain sterilization records, assist with packaging, labeling, and documentation, and contribute to a safe, compliant, and efficient production workflow. Prior clean room experience and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or vocational training in a related field.
• Prior experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in a medical device manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and adhere to quality standards.
• Basic understanding of clean room equipment and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sterilization of medical devices using validated methods.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs.
• Performs various tasks including labeling, cleaning, boxing and packaging, and sterilizing products.
• Verifies lot numbers, serial numbers and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders and inspection reports accurately.
• Complete documentation and records as needed.
• Perform daily reporting as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks and keep areas clean and safe.
• Develop and recommend new methods to improve processes.
• Follow company policies and practices.
• May be assigned to specialized packaging in a clean room environment.
