Enovis Surgical in Austin, TX seeks a Clean Room Operator to maintain sterile manufacturing environments and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will operate clean room equipment, follow strict protocols, and support production of high-quality medical devices.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a regulated clean room with required PPE and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or vocational training in a related field.
• Prior clean room experience, preferably in a medical device manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and adhere to quality standards.
• Basic understanding of clean room equipment and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and wear PPE.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sterilization of medical devices using validated methods.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs.
• Performs various tasks including labeling, cleaning, boxing, packaging, sterilizing, heat sealing, and lifting.
• Verifies quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Complete documentation and records as needed.
• Performs daily reporting as needed.
• Maintenance of area and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Develops and recommends new methods to improve processes.
