Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence to lead sterile manufacturing flows, drive continuous improvement, and ensure cGMP compliance across operations.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MS&T, and Supply Chain; establish KPIs like Right‑First‑Time and OEE; oversee investigations and CAPAs; and mentor the Manufacturing Excellence team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 4+ years in pharma operations or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing flow design and governance.
• Experience turning strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in data analytics to drive decision-making and risk reduction.
• Ability to track KPIs such as RFT, OEE, deviations, yield, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Familiar with data integrity and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own design, control, and performance of sterile manufacturing flows (SDV/MDV/PFS).
• Define site manufacturing excellence strategy with measurable roadmaps.
• Ensure initiatives align with cGMP, sterile processing, and quality systems.
• Establish and govern KPIs and drive accountability through reviews.
• Oversee investigations and ensure systemic CAPAs are effective.
• Lead during FDA/regulatory inspections for manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MS&T, and Supply Chain.
• Coach and develop Manufacturing Excellence team members.
