Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II (Compound/Fill/Finish) to support sterile injectable production on-site in Morrisville, NC. You will operate and maintain equipment for compounding, filling in isolators, and visual inspection, following GMP, GDP, and SOPs.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to learn department procedures, and the discipline to work 12-hour day shifts (2-2-3). 1–2 years of cGMP pharma experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ work experience required; 2–5 years preferred in pharma.
• Prior cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in dispensing, compounding, aseptic filling, or visual inspection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Learns and executes manufacturing operations for dispensing, compounding, filling, and inspection.
• Acts as SME on compounding/filling processes and equipment.
• Adheres to SOPs and batch records; minimizes deviations.
• Performs in-process sampling and quality checks to ensure standards.
• Maintains and documents production records with accuracy.
• Follows cGMP, GDP, and safety training; participates in safety culture.
