Job summary

Elanco is hiring a Fill/Finish Operator in Fort Dodge, IA, to support sterile manufacturing operations by filling antigen serials and preparing final product formulations. You will perform processing per SOPs and cGMP, maintaining product quality and sterility.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment, and strong ability to perform weight/volume/percentage calculations with basic computer skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations and conversions involving weights, volumes and percentages; learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture sterile solutions and other parenteral products per SOPs and cGMP.
• Set up, operate, inspect, and dismantle production equipment for cleaning.
• Assemble antigens into final product formulations and prepare adjuvants.
• Verify and document component identities per cGMP documentation.
• Follow SOPs and aseptic processing practices.
