Job summary

Elanco Fort Dodge, IA is seeking a Fill/Finish Operator to support sterile manufacturing. You will fill antigen serials, prepare final product formulations, and ensure sterility by following SOPs and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities include assembling antigens into formulations, preparing adjuvants, verifying materials, and maintaining documentation. The role requires basic math, computer aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or similar regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations and conversions involving weights, volumes and percentages; aptitude with computers.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and compound sterile solutions and other parenteral products according to procedures.
• Set up, operate, inspect, and dismantle production equipment for cleaning and readiness.
• Assemble antigens into final product formulations and prepare adjuvants while maintaining sterility.
• Verify and document identities of components used in formulation per cGMP.
• Follow SOPs and manufacturing directions and aseptic processing practices.
