Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking Project Managers to lead sterile injectable technical transfer projects from initiation to commercial manufacturing. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

The role requires strong pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Two positions are available in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage sterile injectable technical transfer projects for client accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers with proactive communication.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Validation, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Drive technical transfer activities from initiation to launch readiness.
• Lead risk identification and issue resolution with internal resources.
• Act as internal customer advocate balancing objectives and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, updates, site visits, and governance reviews.
• Monitor financial performance including milestones, accruals, and bill-backs.
