Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT).
• Sterile compounding certification (CSPT).
• 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work with pharmacy software, cloud-based communication tools, and mobile platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable time management, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sterile medications and solutions following established procedures and standards.
• Measuring and weighing ingredients with strict protocols.
• Operates laminar airflow hoods and biological safety cabinets.
• Uses sterile techniques to ensure product safety.
• Cleans and maintains compounding areas and equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to compound and dispense medications.
