Job summary

Qualifications

• Acceptance into pharmacy school.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy technician experience; sterile compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures within the designated area.
• Review and update policy and procedure documents related to technician functions.
• Ensure consistent, compliant and safe technician work practices to rules and regulations.
• Manage designated responsibilities and assist team members as needed.
• Monitor activity, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Create reports to assist ongoing monitoring of the area.
• Serve as a primary training resource for competency in specialty areas.
