Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800.
  • Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding.
  • Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding.
  • Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements.
  • Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly.
  • Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding.
