Job summary

Optimal Balance Pharmacy is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our second shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) in Houston, TX. You will join a team dedicated to producing high‑quality, patient‑specific sterile medications while upholding our standards.

We look for a proactive candidate with Texas registration, IV certification, sterile compounding experience, and knowledge of aseptic techniques and USP 797.

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration.
• Current IV certification and sterile compounding training.
• Hands-on sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom procedures, and USP 797 standards.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
