Job summary

Village Lane RX in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support mail-order sterile compounding and routine pharmacy operations. The role focuses on accuracy, pace, and patient-centered service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician License.
• IV Sterile Compounding Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package prescriptions safely and efficiently.
• Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system.
• Follow all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and organization.
• Follow clean room and sterile compounding procedures.
• Prepare prescriptions and packaging for mail delivery.
• Contact patients prior to filling medications when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory information.
• Organize and present inventory data to Pharmacist staff.
• Support the Pharmacist and pharmacy team with daily operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Jump in to support teammates and keep workflow moving.

What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping prescriptions move safely and accurately through the pharmacy.

Schedule

2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation

$27/hour + $3/hour shift differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 5:00 AM
