Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Technician to support ISO-classified manufacturing suites for biopharmaceutical production in Texas. You will perform decontamination, disinfection, and environmental monitoring of sterile areas, aiding in the production of cell and gene therapies.

Responsibilities include cleaning ISO suites, adhering to PPE requirements, maintaining GDP/cGMP records, and safely handling waste.

Formación

• 1-4 years of experience in a cGMP environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and ISO 14644 standards.
• Experience using Quality Management Systems (QMS) or electronic batch records.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Clean ISO 5/7/8 suites daily and periodically.
• Follow gowning PPE and aseptic practices.
• Maintain GDP/cGMP records in logbooks and digital systems.
• Dispose of biohazardous and chemical waste per regs.
• Support monitoring equipment setup for air quality and surface microbial levels.
• Operate autoclaves, VHP systems, and filtration tools.
• Assist with audits and report SOP deviations.
