You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care and support optimal patient outcomes.

The role involves assessing patients, delivering stepdown interventions, administering medications, coordinating care, and documenting diligently.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the United States.
• Experience in stepdown/acuity-focused settings preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills.
• Ability to work well under high pressure.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities
