Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for Stepdown and Progressive Care Units in Fort Myers, FL. Positions cover 3E GI SPCU and 3W SPCU with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, offering challenging critical care and patient-centered care across campuses.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years in stepdown/PCU, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, travel-nurse experience preferred, and Epic EMR proficiency. Start dates in December with varying shifts and campus floating possibilities.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown and progressive care patients on both the 3E and 3W SPCU units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Float as needed between floors and to sister campuses, adapting quickly to different teams and workflows.
• Accurately document and update patient information utilizing Epic EMR.
• Uphold the welcoming, collaborative culture by integrating fully into unit routines and supporting peer staff.

Experience the rewarding environment of a nationally recognized healthcare setting as an RN in a Stepdown and Progressive Care Unit. Seeking nurses prepared to start in December to work on both the 3E GI SPCU and 3W SPCU units. These progressive units accommodate 36 beds with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, giving you the opportunity to provide critical care while delivering compassionate service among diverse patient populations.

Schedule/Hours:

• December start dates available
• Shifts and schedules may vary; flexibility required for unit and campus floating

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in stepdown/PCU settings
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR expected
• Must not reside in or own property within 50 miles of the facility address
